Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Second bathroom and further cloakroom. Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed). Dining with seating for 6. British satellite-TV and DVD player. Open fireplace. Covered outside eating area with built in BBQ. The kitchen is fitted out with; microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Utility room includes washing machine, drying rack and iron with ironing board. Outside facilities;private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6. All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
