Photos and Description of this Altea holiday bungalow Ideal for 2 people who want to get away from it all !!!!

This bungalow is located mid way between Altea and La Nucia down a quiet country lane with spectacular rural mountain views.A car is essential. Car port on the property.The bungalow is well fitted out to a high standard - all your home comforts are here!!! This is the first year this property has been let and the feedback from our visitors has been wonderful - The questionaire they filled in many 10 out of 10 (some cases 20 out of 10) and there was nothing extra we could provide to make a better holiday for them. All who have been to stay this year say the property is far superior to the actual photos. Please book early to avoid dissappointment Lunch or evening meals can be provided at a reasonable charge. If you want a day out to see Benidorm it is only 15 minutes away. Many spectacular sights to see within a short drive into the mountains.

Location: Altea in Spain

Nearest Restaurant: choice of 3 only 2 minutes drive at 1 Kilometres
Car: necessary
In Altea it has quaint streets with an old church square with wonderful views to Albir and Benidorm in the distance. If you motor away from the coast you will come across lots of white villages and with old Spanish customs or just sit a while and take away the stress of modern living! Supermarket 3-4 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk away. If it is nature and wildlife you enjoy there is Terra Natura - exotic animals and Mundomar where you can enjoy the dolphins, penguins etc. Wonderful mountain climbing region. Altea Fiestas - last weekend in September 3 evenings of parades lasting about 3 hours each evening!! Callosa de Ensarria fiestas - October 11 - 13th Both are Moors and Christian fiestas - a wonderful dispalay of costumes and parades.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We do not have specific changeover day at the moment . Monthly lets October to March charged as for 3 weeks. We also would accept longer lets for which we would have to quote.
    25% non returnable deposit paid on reservation and the balance paid 28 days before your holiday.
    Christmas and New Year £400 per week

    The garden is all fenced in so is ideal if you wanted to bring your well behaved dog with you!!!


    Please vacate the bungalow by 10.30 am in order for us to clean for new occupants at 1.30.pm.

    If your departure flight is at a late hour we can make arrangements for you.

    Please bring a camera to record your wonderful stay with us!!!!

    A welcome pack of your choice will be given to you at no extra charge.

    We would be willing to do a non-simultaneous exchange for Ireland
  • The location of Little Lair is extremely handy for Altea, La Nucia or Alfaz del Pi .There are some lovely areas for sightseeing without travelling many miles:- Polop, Guadalest, Fonts de Algar,(all withing 20 minutes) Tarberna and Coll de rates over to the Jalon Valley(wine area)

Notes: We have one double bedroom - we could put a sofa bed in the lounge and have 4 people stay (as most people do) - we choose not to, we think 2 people will enjoy the space for themselves . We do not allow smoking in Litle Lair but you can smoke outside on the covered terrace. Seperate laundry and drying area. The garden is secure and well behaved dogs are welcome!!! The only extra you would have to pay is for the electricity you use. We do not charge extra for cleaning etc as most people leave it tidy and we do have cleaners come after each let. If there is anything else you wish to know about the property or the area - PLEASE ask!!!!!

Peace and tranquility!: This bungalow adjoins the owners property and are set in nearly 3000 square metres of garden, with lawns, palm trees, shrubs, fruit trees and floral areas together with a vegetable plot (when produce are ready you are welcome to pick your own) there are lots of areas for you to sit in the sun or shade and while away the hours. The swimming pool has easy access with wide steps.(for your use and the owners). Many of our visitors have had good intentions to visit places of interest - when they sit in the sun or shade for a few minutes - time has just ebbed away together with the stress of their everyday working life!!!! People who have stayed said it was a wonderful area for mountain climbing and walking!

Altea, La Nuciia, Albir and Alfaz: All our local villages are only a short drive away and you will be spoilt for choice of restaurants with all the nationalities well catered for! Try the local markets for produce, gifts or handicrafts, in the summer months on the promenade of Altea dn Albir there is an evening craft market,
