North Norfolk & Coast holiday cottage "Walnut Tree Cottage"

The cottage is made up as follows: downstairs: Entrance porch, fully equipped kitchen, comfortably seats 10 people .Electric cooker for summer cooking and an aga for winter cooking (if you can deal with it). Large winter sitting room with log burner, SKY TV, games room with pool table and darts. Morning sitting room: open fire, SKY TV, HIFI, DVD. Office with Broad Band. Laundry room with WC. Large garden room. Upstairs sleeps 10. Three double bedrooms, one bunk room, one single room. Two bathrooms: one with a large power shower, one with a large deep bath and shower. Airing cupboard. The house is fully centrally heated and, where allowed, double glazed.

Outside there is garden furniture on the patios. The fish pool is covered to prevent anyone falling in. There is a hammock by the garden room and a sunset look out with a swing seat. There is a cart barn for two cars and a full size table tennis table and a secure area for cycles, plus further parking for 4 more cars.

Although the cottage is on the large size it offers a warm and happy atmosphere. You will find everything ready when you arrive. All you need to do enjoy your stay in this beautiful cottage.
