  • Lets can start and end on any day of the week you wish subject to availability. There is a minimum 2 night stay.

    For stays of 2,3 or 4 nights rates are £95 per night for Tolkien, Rutherford, Halley & Churchill; £85 per night for Lewis & Hawking.

    A £50 key/security deposit is payable on arrival. This is returned at the end of your stay subject to any deductions outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
    Rates are based on 4 guests per 2 bedroom Apartments/Cottages. For 5 guests + please add £25 per person per night. Hawking rates based on 3 adults per night. Lewis rates based on 2 adults per night.

    All our accommodation is strictly no smoking.

    (*+2) indicates the accommodation contains a futon sofa which folds down to sleep 2 adults if required. Extra charges will apply.
