Alouette is an old, quaint, yet modernised farmhouse cottage with 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, sleeping 4 in all. The twin bedroom is large enough to add a folding bed, sleeping 3 comfortably, making it ideal for a family of 5. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of utensils, crockery, glassware and comes with cooker/oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher. The kitchen area also has a wood-burning stove for those cooler autumn/winter/spring nights, making it ideal for long winter lets and those wishing to house hunt in the area. A separate utility room has washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, airer etc. There is also a separate shower room/toilet. The lounge/diner will comfortably seat 5, in which there is Satellite HD TV/Radio, HD DVD player and expanding DVD library. A range of books and games are also provided.

Free WIFI internet access (Broadband) is also available for those wishing to check their emails! Outside, you have a private gated, secluded inner courtyard with BBQ, garden furniture and parasol. There is also a private gate opening to the garden which has a new heated 11x7m illuminated pool, ball games, kite flying, croquet, frizbees, Boules Court and quality outdoor TT table for the more energetic, or simply relax by the pool, soak up the sunshine and plan your days out. Bed linen, bath towels (changed weekly) and pool towels are included in the price, as well as all utilities. A Luxury Welcome Pack is also provided on arrival.
