Our great self-catering apartment, which we have pleasure in offering for rental, is in the lovely old Bulgarian ski resort of Bansko. It is ideally situated between the base gondola station and Bansko old town, both being just a short walk (less than ten minutes) away. The apartment is part of a purpose built ski apart-hotel complex and offers superb facilities to help make your holiday a memorable one. We have furnished our apartment to a high standard, and you should find all you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is spacious and the bedroom has a large double bed and there is a double sofabed in the living area. Sleeping 4 comfortably. We also have the apartment next door so can accomodate parties of 5 to 8 with ease. Special rates would apply. Please contact us for these.

Car: not necessary
Bansko is mainly a winter resort and provides Skiing, Snow Boarding and ice skating. Best for the learner and intermediate skiier and with good off-piste skiing and cross country routes also. For the snowboarder there is a halfpipe, funpark and plenty of natural features for you to enjoy. There is abundant snow fall and the pistes are well maintained. The ice-rink is only a few minutes walk from the Chalet. Bansko has lots to offer it's summer visitors. The weather is warm and rainfall minimal. The International Jazz Festival in August attracts many visitors and the entertainment is free. The Beer Festival is in July and celebrates the local beer which is very good and very cheap and many of the Mehanas have local musicians to entertain you..

Additional information about rental rates

  • We will accomodate whatever dates and times you wish to visit if we possibly can. If you require any optional extras please let us know at time of booking and we will arrange these with our management company.

    We will hold your request for 48 hours for you to arrange flights. Once confirmed we require a £100 non-refundable deposit within 1 week and the balance 28 days before arrival.

    We also require a £100 security bond which will be returned to you after your holiday, minus any costs for damages should they occur.

    If we cannot accomodate your chosen date or you require more than two (we have two adjacent apartments) you can still contact us since there are 47 apartments in the Chalet and we may be able to put you in contact with one of the other owners.

  • The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4. The bedroom is roomy and is provided with plenty of storage space - a large wardrobe, which has enough storage space for the bedding from the sofabed in the lounge, and a chest of drawers above which is a mirror. There are two bed side tables. High Chairs andcots can be hired for the duration of your stay and there is more than enough room to house the cot in the bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area which will sleep 2 comfortably. The rental price includes all linen and towels.

Our apartment comprises an entrance hall, shower room, open plan living/kitchen/diner and one bedroom. It is furnished to a high standard and offers good value and comfort for your holiday. It is a 1 bedded apartment and sleeps 4. In the bedroom there is a king sized double bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. In the living room there is a double sofa bed which will comfortably sleep two adults. There is a dining table and 4 chairs so that you can eat in if you wish. The kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare a meal. The Chalet also has a dining room in the basement where you can get breakfast or an evening meal, freshly cooked and reasonably priced. As well as the sofa bed there is an easy chair so that you can relax in comfort and watch cable TV or a dvd. In the restaurant there is sky TV.
