You will be very welcome at our beautifully presented, immaculately finished, contemporary apartment on the new Oasis complex. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor & outdoor pools, childrens pool, gym, tennis court. Perfect for couples, families and golfers. The apartment is in Side, (pronounced Seeday) on Turkey’s wonderful Mediterranean coast (NOT in the usual British tourist filled haunts of Bodrum, Marmaris etc!) Side is a terrific little town with a harbour, bars, restaurants, shops, Roman ruins to explore, boat trips, jeep safaris, white-water rafting, & you can go pony trekking, walking; even snow skiing is within easy reach. The fabulous golf area of Belek is just 30 mins away, with 5 or 6 world class courses. Or you can just relax, sunbathe & swim, of course! We can arrange transfers at about half the price of a taxi. We have English speaking contacts to sort any issues whilst you’re there. Have a great holiday! We'll do all we can to help. Sorry: not suitable for stag/hen parties.

The Mediterranean coast of Turkey enjoys over 300 days sunshine per year, so this Turquoise Coast is the no.1 destination when you're considering a holiday in Turkey. The beach (miles long!) is clean, the water warm. You can enjoy the quieter side to the west of the town (just a few wooden bars/cafe's, which disappear in winter!) or the busier east beach, with many hotels, cafe's, bars, fresh cold-juice sellers & watersports (including jet-skiing, paragliding & banana boats). Combine all of this with the rich culture, history and ancient ruins, & its obvious why the Turkish Riviera is so popular. And all of this within walking distance! The bustling & interesting town of Manavgat is 10 mins away. Go by Dolmus (local bus) for less than £1.

  • You'll see that our prices are extremely competative! This is not due to poor location or poor quality. We are aware that you have a wide choice and want ours to be your 1st choice!

    Terms & Conditions:

    1) Non-refundable deposit of 25% must be paid at time of booking to secure.

    2) Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date, please.

    3) At time of balance payment we also require a security deposit of £100 please, to cover breakages & damage. Be assured that we will return this in full as soon as our cleaning contractors confirm all is well after your stay.

    4) Changeover dates & times are flexible as long as bookings don't clash.

    5) Cancellation refunds: Over 6 weeks before arrival date - full balance payment refunded (if paid yet). 4-6 weeks, 50% of balance refunded. 2-4 weeks, 25% of balance refunded. Less than 2 weeks, no refund unless we re-let.

    Please note that the initial 25% deposit is not refundable.

    Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.

This stunning luxurious, air-conditioned 5-star holiday apartment is furnished to a very high standard, not with the basic furniture package so many use. The apartment is situated perfectly on the brand-new Oasis complex, centred around the large circular outdoor pool with its feature bridge leading you over to the heated indoor pool (open all year round) behind a glass backed waterfall. There is also a shallow children's pool, adjacent to the main pool. The floodlit tennis courts & air conditioned gym (both free to residents) will appeal to active guests while the small café/bar, pool table, table tennis & children’s indoor play area are enough for others. The complex is also protected all year round by 24-hr security, with a manned entrance gate. In the apartment itself, the lounge opens onto a fantastic private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.

We have placed two sunbeds, an outside table & 4 chairs on the balcony so it's ideal for quiet sunbathing, enjoying breakfast or other relaxing meals and evening drinks! The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite shower room and smaller second balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, & plenty of storage. There are also 2 large sofa beds in the open-plan main living area. Indoor towels are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels. There is also a free shuttle bus service (for Oasis guests) to & from the local beach. What's more, many restaurants will pick up & drop off customers for free if you call them (phone numbers in the apartment so take your mobile). You'll find the prices pleasing compared to home & Spain (etc) as Turkey doesn't use the Euro as its official currency yet. We use Turkish Lira but Euros are accepted widely if you prefer. To ensure comfort we limit occupancy to 6 people.

Excellent Apartment in a great location

Myself and my 3 girls friends stayed at this apartment in June 2009, and we were all thouroughly impressed. The apartment has everything you need and is a real home from home. There is a lovely large balcony to spend time on also. The complex is really clean and well managed and the security staff are very helpful. We took full advantage of the free bus to the beach, and even if you do not want to go at the designated times, the security man gives them a call and they come out to collect you. There are excellent local shops to get supplies of everything you would need.
We booked airport transfers through the owner of the property which is well worth it as it is much cheaper than organising a taxi yourself, and much less hassle. Everything for our holiday was extremely well organised, and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as welcoming as possible. We would definately consider another visit.

FIRST VISIT

This was the first visit to Turkey for myself and my girlfriend. We couldnt believe what was on offer. You can go for both end's of the scale, from complete relaxation to adventure activities. We're both early 20's so we did abit of both, including white water rafting which is a must for anyone regardless of age. The complex and the apartment are second to none, the 2 pools, tennis courts, gym and poolside bar are added extras. The local town is a must see, I havent found any pictures on the internet which do it full justice. Book the airport transfer via the owner, it works out to be about half the price of anything else. The surrounding towns are all easily accessable by buses, which are everywhere and cheap. A must visit location for all ages and any style of holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Modern Side Apartment

This is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with lounge kitchen and two bathroom including jacuzi in the bath, the balcony overlooks the pool which is just down the stairs. The property is in excellent condition and all looks rescently built. Regular buses to town cost about a £1 which is 10 minutes away.

Shopping for the apartment is really easy as there is a local shop two minuters away or a bigger-supermarket ten minutes away. We didn't do much in the way of activities but if you want an excellent standard apartment iwth guranteed weather and a swimming pool this is the place i'd go.

First time in Turkey

This was our first holiday to Turkey, so we did not know what to expect. How wonderful!! The apartment was first class, exceptionally spacious for a family of five, the pool, gardens, security.. we could not fault anything. There is a very relaxed feel to the place, and very close to amenities, fruit & veg, amazing restaurants, free bus to the beach! Definitely worth booking the airport transfer on offer, much cheaper, excellent service. You don't need a car, as fantastic sites within a short bus ride. If you want more independence, just book a car for the time you want it....very reasonably priced. I do hope we can come back soon!! Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment with us!
