This family home is situate right on the beach at The Point in Bembridge, It has uninterrupted views and direct access to the beach. It is an ideal property for a large family group to holiday. The garden is open to the beach and both children and adults have direct access to the shingle, beach and sea.

Location: Bembridge in United Kingdom

Bembridge is a small coastal village that is located on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight. The harbour boasts an array of unusual and distinct house boats and the village centre offers a fantastic array of shops and services. Bembridge is home to the Isle of Wights only Windmill which has recently been restored by the National Trust. Only a short distance away from Bembridge are the towns of Ryde and Newport which both offer a variety of shops, eateries, local farmers markets and various festivals/carnivals including a terrific lantern display. Newport is the larger of the towns and also boasts the Quay Arts Centre - an interesting place to spend a rainy afternoon. The nearby surrounding area to this property also offers a swimming pool, horse riding, beaches, speedway track, ice skating arena and much more.

Enter through door to back hall with shower room, WC and utility area off. Main open plan family room and recently fitted kitchen with doors to both side garden area and front garden and beach. Through to passageway with WC, one 4 ft double, bedroom and one standard double bedroom, original front door and sitting room with open fire place and large window seat looking out to the beach. Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 with double bed and balcony overlooking the beach, bedroom 2 with ‘zip together’ twin/double bed, bedroom 3 with a set of bunk beds, 2 single beds and a cot, the family bathroom is also on this floor.
