Location: Bembridge in United Kingdom

Bembridge is a small coastal village that is located on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight. The harbour boasts an array of unusual and distinct house boats and the village centre offers a fantastic array of shops and services. Bembridge is home to the Isle of Wights only Windmill which has recently been restored by the National Trust. Only a short distance away from Bembridge are the towns of Ryde and Newport which both offer a variety of shops, eateries, local farmers markets and various festivals/carnivals including a terrific lantern display. Newport is the larger of the towns and also boasts the Quay Arts Centre - an interesting place to spend a rainy afternoon. The nearby surrounding area to this property also offers a swimming pool, horse riding, beaches, speedway track, ice skating arena and much more.

    Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates and subject to the size of the party.
    Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £150
    All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50
    The complex is ‘pet’ friendly and well behaved dogs are allowed by arrangement in this apartment.

2 Northwells is a ground floor flat / apartment with a private courtyard garden. It is situated in a lovely position close to the beach and an easy walk to the village. The communal gardens are also attractive and may be used by visitors, children and pets - children can play in the substantial grounds, adults can meet and families can have picnics. The apartment is the only Ground floor flat in this section and has the benefit of large reception rooms. There is a large lounge with windows to lawns (with a window seat) There is a double sofa-bed if required, two bedrooms, the first being a double with en suite shower room (walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin) and the second bedroom with two single beds, additional family bathroom with shower over bath. There is a wide hallway for coats and shoes, hi-tech kitchen with TV, large dining table with five chairs and private courtyard garden with BBQ and table and chairs.
