A beautiful 2 storey 3 bedroom semi detached villa, sleeping 6 persons, with the communal pool just in front. Villa Bellula benefits from 1 double bedroom, upper level with patio doors leading to a private terrace, and views towards the golf course. This bedroom shares a family bathroom upstairs. Villa Belulla is fully airconditioned, with heating in the winter months. Two further twin rooms, one on the upper level, and one on the lower level, both with views to the pool. A further family shower room on the lower level. Fully euipped kitchen with washing machine. Lounging area with patio doors leading to a beautiful patio. The patio has an outside dining set with table and 6 chairs. The villa has a private garden, the rear of the garden faces the pool, and the front garden faces the golf course. Flat screen TV, with satelite package. Beaches = 5 minutes drive Murcia Airport = 10 minutes drive Alicante Airport = 1 hour Restaurants = 5 mins drive

Roda Golf Resort is superbly located so that you can walk to the beaches, but additionally has its very own private beach club (due to open shortly). A bus, followed by a boat will take you out to this private area. 10 minutes from Murcia Airport 20 minutes walk to the beaches and many restaurants (some properties only) Golf course, and club house and restaurant Communal pools and landscaped gardens Murcia airport is 10 minutes, Alicante is 1 hour Private beach club with pools and restaurant (Ferry to take you across) - journey takes around 1.5 hours and is 12 euros return (as at Aug 2008)
