Enjoy lovely views across the Bay and the evening lights and sunsets of Torbay whilst dining and relaxing inside the property and in the garden. It has extensive off-road parking for 2 cars and a boat, and a level rear garden which is ideal for eating outside and evening enjoyment. The position of Newlands allows you to limit car use because of the nearness of Shoalstone beach and coves, the free open-air swimming pool, the Berry Head Country Park and spectacular coastal path, and the ferries to Dartmouth and Torquay.
