This traditionally stone-built villa is situated outisde of Pahos approximately 12 kms from the beautiful village of Polis and harbour village of Latchi. This newly-built villa is a real home-from-home and contains almost everything you could want. It has all mod cons and is set in a beautiful valley in the small village of Giolou. It is situated in a quiet area away from the hussle and bustle of daily life. It has its own private swimming pool and is not overlooked by near neighbours.

The villa is beautifully furnished and the owners had planned to move out permanently to Cyprus sending over all of their home furnishings but are not currently in a position to do so. This means that the villa is beautifully furnished and does not comprise cheap tourist type chairs and tables etc but fine furnishings which one would hope guests will treat with respect.
