This recently built Cretan style villa, adjacent to an olive grove, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large swimming pool, patio area and BBQ and is ideal for any family looking for a relaxing holiday in Crete. The villa comprises of a large open plan living area, with a sofa, TV, DVD and stereo and a well appointed kitchen. There is a downstairs shower room and a twin bedroom. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The twin bedroom has a balcony and the larger double bedroom has a covered terrace area with seating and views of the olive grove and Mount Selina. The sea and beach are 1km from the house. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. The outside space has a large patio with an outside dining area, sun loungers and a BBQ. The garden area has a range of plants, trees and herbs.
