Beautiful rural property with large secluded garden and wonderful views over surrounding farmland. Only 15 minutes drive to the sea. The house is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished. Extremely well equipped with all modern amenities. Sunny upstairs balcony. Large paved terraces with comfortable garden furniture and hammock. BBQ and jacuzzi.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Departure no later than 10am. Arrival after 3pm. Rental includes electricity and water except in winter periods. Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost of £12 per person. A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the rental start date to which should be added a refundable security deposit of £500 for breakages and damage. There is a final obligatory cleaning charge of £80. This, together with other costs incurred such as bedlinen and breakages will be deducted from your security deposit which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your rental period.
