Step into this nicely furnished apartment which is part of a Residence of apartment located right by the waters edge. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining & living area. The bedroom has one double bed and has a direct lake view from the large window The bathroom facilities include a shower, bidet, WC and basin. The residence is located in a quiet and tranquil building on the lake in Cremia which enjoys wonderful views of the lake and the small inner harbour. Local amenities include a public beach within walking distance of the apartment and a number of delicious Italian restaurants. Cremia and the surrounding areas are a haven for water sports enthusiasts where there are excellent windsurfing & sailing conditions and facilities. Cremia is located 10km north of Menaggio, a fashionable resort in the Central Lake, minutes from Varenna (Villa Cipressi), Bellagio (Villa Melzi and gardens) and Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo.

The central part of the lake is the most interesting and the most famous, attracting invading armies (hundreds of years ago), dignitaries, artists, tourists and more recently, Hollywood stars! There are two restaurants within walking distance of the apartment: Ristorante La Baia (casual) and Pizzeria/Ristorante Lumin - both located on the water's edge in San Vito. Pizzeria Lumin offers fresh baked goods in the morning. There is a bus stop on main road to Menaggio. In Menaggio there are bus, tourist, ferry and speed boat connections to all the beautiful towns along the lake, such as Bellagio, Varenna, Como and Lugano just over the mountainside from Menaggio by car.
