Cremia also has a selection of beautiful restaurants and is also about 1 hr's drive to one of the regions impressive ski resorts, Madesimo. Vista is a beautiful apartment whether you are looking to stay during the summer or winter as Lake Como is beautiful in any weather and the balcony is always perfect for a glass of wine on those romantic Italian sunsets.

The properties location is excellent with all of the conviences of being on the Western Side of the lake ranging from the use of the local buses, to the ease of reaching a ferry port to commute accross the lake and see all of the quaint lake front towns. There are two restaurants next door and close by: La Baia and Lumin (pizzeria and fresh bread in the morning). Both are located on the waters edge. It is possible to walk to Pianello where you can find a decent small grocery store and the best family run bakery around. Golf & Skiing Italy's oldest golf course, established in 1907 with 18 holes Par 70, is located above Menaggio near Croce, in Grandola ed Uniti, approx. 20 min. by car. Tel: +39 344 321 03.     There is a final cleaning cost of €70 when staying for one week & €90 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Enjoy your holiday in this lovely two bedroom apartment right beside the lake. There is a separate kitchen area and a spacious combined lounge & dining area with a double sofa bed and TV with local stations only. The residence is located in a quiet and tranquil building on the lake in Cremia which enjoys wonderful views of the lake and the small inner harbour. Local amenities include a public beach within walking distance of the apartment and a number of delicious Italian restaurants. Cremia and the surrounding areas are a haven for water sports enthusiasts where there are excellent windsurfing & sailing conditions and facilities. Cremia is located 10km north of Menaggio, a fashionable resort in the Central Lake, minutes from Varenna (Villa Cipressi), Bellagio (Villa Melzi and gardens) and Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo.

The central part of the lake is the most interesting and the most famous, attracting invading armies (hundreds of years ago), dignitaries, artists, tourists and more recently, Hollywood stars! There are two restaurants within walking distance of the apartment: Ristorante La Baia (casual) and Pizzeria/Ristorante Lumin - both located on the water's edge in San Vito. Pizzeria Lumin offers fresh baked goods in the morning. There is a bus stop on main road to Menaggio. In Menaggio there are bus, tourist, ferry and speed boat connections to all the beautiful towns along the lake, such as Bellagio, Varenna, Como and Lugano just over the mountainside from Menaggio by car.
