The house is modern, spacious and stylish throughout. On the ground floor, you enter into the kitchen. It is fully fitted - including granite work tops - and fully equipped, including a dishwasher. You have access to the outside terrace if you are dining outside and access to the large, open-plan lounge dining room inside also. The lounge-dining area has full length double glass doors to the pool patio. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD.Opening off the lounge is a corridor leading to a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and to the bathroom they share which has a large walk-in shower. There is also a small laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and an additional fridge. Also from the lounge, stairs lead up to the first floor. From the landing, you can access the large upper terrace and the second double bedroom. The bedroom also has its own full-length glass doors opening out onto the terrace.

A door from the bedroom leads to a mezzanine corridor above the stairs with fitted wardrobes and to the upper bathroom, which has both bath and a walk-in shower. At ground level, the house has wide terracing to the south and the west, equipped with dining table and chairs and two large sun umbrellas. This terrace is continuous with the pool terrace, which is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and low folding tables. The pool terrace is surrounded by garden and then by countryside typical of the area with carob, almond and olive trees.There is also a large upper terrace, looking out over the same area, and equipped with its own table and chairs.There is private, off-road parking at the rear of the house.
