The property is situated just a short stroll (maximum 5 minutes) along the private road without crossing a road, to the National Trust owned beautiful Llandbedrog beach. The beach is well sheltered by the headland and the sea slopes gently offering safe bathing for children.
The accommodation comprises, Bedroom 1: double bed with ensuite; Bedroom 2: double bed with basin; Bedroom 3: bunk beds and one single bed sleeps 3; Bedroom 4: downstairs small double; Bedroom 5: downstairs bunk beds sleeps 2. Bathroom with bath and shower and wc and downstairs shower room with wc. There are toys and games in the house and a travel cot is available if required. Outside to the front, there is parking for 3 cars. To the rear there is a large garden with garden furniture and barbeque.
Walkers will enjoy the easy access to the many paths of the LLeyn Peninsular, with most of the coastline in the care of the National Trust. The headland itself can be explored. Abersoch with its trendy bars and restaurants and vibrant beach is just a short drive away whilst the bistro and a family friendly pub in Llandbedrog are within 800 yards. Llanbedrog also offers the Plas Glyn-y-Weddw estate with its art gallery and cafe, providing a good spot for lunch or tea and cakes! Sunday changeover.
