Beautiful comfortable cottage situated in the charming village of Binham. 2 miles from nearest coastline at Stiffkey, 4 miles from Wells-Next-The-Sea and 8 miles from the Georgian town of Holt. The village is well supplied with a local shop, butcher/grazier and an excellent local pub serving home cooked meals, real ale and fine wine. These facilities are all within easy walking distance of the cottage.

Excellent friendly local pub serving home cooked meals using local produce where possible (menu changes daily). Twelfth century Binham priory is situated in the village and the shrine at Walsingham is just 4 miles away. Boat trips from Morston to see bird sanctuary and seals at Blakeny point. Cromer, a traditional seaside town is just 15 miles away while Sherringham is just 10. Sherringham has the Splash leisure center and a steam railway that travels between Holt and Wells. While the Muckelburgh collection nearby hosts one of the finest collections of military vehicles and a museum. The area caters well for those who enjoy walking and bird watching, while Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park is just a short drive away.

Woods End Cottage has recently been renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and comfortably sleeps 6 people.There is a comfortable sitting room with a log burning stove and a large kitchen/breakfast room with double doors overlooking the garden.The large garden is mainly laid to lawn, which backs on to fields. The garden has a patio area and a decking area, ideal for eating al fresco. Easily sufficent parking for 2 cars.

stayed at cottage last year really impressed with the place really homely and very quaint. All funiture and fittings of a very good standard . large bedroom downstairs with ample room for storage. Garden very peaceful and relaxing at night to sit out. The stairs are very steep only to be expected in a cottage though ,not much storage space for clothes/luggage in upstairs bedrooms but managable. Overall a terrific stay really refreshing would highly recomend. CLEAN &COMFORTABLE A LOVELY PLACE !
