This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is situated in La Maestranza, an established complex situated at the mouth of golf valley and within five minutes walk of the world famous Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. The apartment comes with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob and individually controlled heating and cooling units in each room. The apartments have sufficient seating, crockery etc to suit the maximum occupancy of 6 people. Ample road parking with an allocated parking space underground (gated). The architect’s desire was to create an atmosphere of a typical quiet Andalucian village with classic rustic white walls, red roofs and quiet footpaths. The facilities include 2 swimming pools (one heated) and a shallow paddling pool. All surrounded by pleasant tiered gardens with ample grassed area for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a supermarket, chemist, medical and dental centre, three banks and two delis just outside the complex.

Buses stop regularly bringing all the surrounding areas, including the airport, within reach via the main bus station in Marbella. For those holiday makers not wishing to drive, this is ideal. For those wishing to play golf we are surrounded by championship golf courses and driving ranges. For those wishing to rub shoulders with the rich and famous we have Puerto Banus, travel a little further a field and soak up the history in Seville, Granada or Cordoba. Ski in the Sierra Nevada or drive to Portugal for the weekend. There is no better place to base yourself to enjoy all of Andalucia. Or you can simply relax by the swimming pool or on the beautiful beaches along the Costa del Sol.
