It is located within easy walking distance of many good bars and restaurants and the new marina. The apartment itself is comfortably decorated in a modern style and comprises of lounge with television including; BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4, DVD and CD player. There is a large corner cream leather sofa, a sideboard with mirror and coffee table. Leading of from the lounge is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with, microwave, cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bedrooms, the first being a master, with double bed, double fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing table with mirror, there is also an en-suite bathroom with WC, Shower, and hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables, double wardrobe, ceiling fan and dressing table with mirror.

There is a second separate bathroom which services the twin bedroom with shower, WC, hand basin and bidet. There is also a terrace with table and chairs to seat four people with steps leading to a sunny grassed garden area.
