  • All bookings run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. (Arrival from 3pm and departure by 10am).

    A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week, is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday.

    Bookings made within eight weeks of arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

    Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, oil, electricity and the first setting of coal.

    Smoking is not permitted in any part of the house.

    Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
