Our luxurious villa has been newly furnished throughout and is fully air conditioned. we have two large master ensuites and two twin rooms, one of which is a 'disney' room. We have thought of every details to ensure you have a wonderful stay in our home. There are TVs & DVDs in every room,a fantastic games room with table tennis, air hockey, darts and foosball for the younger kids. We have a large enclosed 30ft private pool and spa,a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ for alfresco dining, Cable TV, DVDs, a CD player and board games. Our villa is located in the Orange Tree community situated only minutes form Orlando’s two major attractions : DISNEY & GOLF. We are located off Highway 27 North, about 2 miles north of Highway 192. It is easy to find and to access with no difficult turns. This resort community has sidewalks, street lights, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a soccer field. We are also only 2 mins drive from one of the largest 24 hour Walmart’s in the whole of Florida. You will also find designer outlet shopping malls and other attractions and theme parks close by. Orlando offers a fantastic selection of places to eat to suit everyone’s tastes and budget! Whether it's Steak, Seafood, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Fast Food or one of the many 'all you can eat' restaurants, then you will find most of them within 10mins of the villa on the US192. Wonderful Holiday Home

We had a great time at the villa. It was perfect for our needs, really well equipped and the plush furnishings ensured a really homely feel. The key safe made access hassle free and the villa was in a nice, quiet residential area which we found easily with lots of shops/restaurants within easy reach.
The pool/spa heat wasn't on when we got there but it didn't stop Cameron diving in within the first hour! and the agent was quick to recitfy this when we telephoned.
It was a shock to be back yesterday to the very cold and wet conditions!
I definately wouldn't hesitate in using the villa again or recommending it to friends and I absolutely no objection in you using any of my comments on the website.
Thank you for your patience with my tirade of emails.

Just arrived home after a great time in Florida. The villa was everything that the website promised and more, it was so well equiped and the location was great. We hope to go back out in the future and would love to stay there again.

We had a great time in Orlando last week. The house was very nice and well equipped. My kids loved that they had their own room with a TV (they don't have TV's in their rooms at home). The pool was lots of fun too. We'd come back again.

Our family loved your Orlando villa!! We were close to everything!! We went to Clearwater Beach on one day, then spent the next day at Daytona Beach, and Cape Canaveral. We were 2 min from a Walmart that had all the food to prepare our meals at the villa. The villa was so inviting and in a super nieghborhood!! Our kids didn't want to leave each day so the last day we were there we just spent it there swimming and walking around the neighborhood and at the park. I will recommend the villa to everyone I know, and will stay here again.

'We had a great holiday and loved the villa. The villa had lots of room and converting the garage to a games room was a big hit with our boys. Having the fence around the pool area is a great idea and brought a level of privacy we had not experienced before. We used the links on your web site for local golf courses and they were terrific. Checking in and out went really smoothly. We liked the info book you have with details of carry out menus etc and took advantage of the info that was provided. The villa was really well equipped (specially TVs in each bedroom) and we really couldn't have asked for any more. We would certainly recommend the villa to anyone thinking of going to Florida. Best wished and thanks for all your help.'
