This residence at 18 Queens Road Ryde is spacious and light, boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, a seperate dining room, a gym room and includes many delightful original features including fireplaces, high panelled and coved ceilings, Chandeliers and opening bay windows. The main sitting room has direct access to a secluded private garden, ideal for relaxing after a busy day on the beach. The Accommodation: Entering the house from the 5 car graveled driveway / parking area takes us into the spacious hall with doors off to the main sitting room and second reception room. French doors open from the sitting room out to the private garden. A door from the hallway also accesses the gym room. Following through the hall to the lower ground floor leads us to a second hall with doors off to the kitchen with large dining/breakfast table, a seperate dining room, and a utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and WC with wash hand basin.

There is also a door from the kitchen to an outside breakfast courtyard with steps up to the main garden. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with twin/double beds and a bathroom, and continuing up to the middle floor we find a further 2 bedrooms also with twin/double beds. The top floor has a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and a dressing room / childrens cot area.
