  • Bookings are taken by phone/email and confirmed by email. A £100 deposit is taken to secure the booking and as security against breakages. The full amount is due 8 weeks prior to departure. 50% of the amount paid is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations within 4 weeks of departure are payable in full. Deposits will be returned within 14 days of the guests return subject to breakages or damage. Saturday is the change over day but it may be possible to change this upon request.

Our Apartment offers couples and families a home from home with all the benefits Northern Cyprus and Kyrenia especially has to offer. The apartment is spacious, has light and airy openplan style with french doors in the lounge and the kitchen which lead onto a balcony. The balcony overlooks the pool, terrace and landscaped gardens. It is a suntrap during the early morning for breakfast and is perfect for lunch and alfresco dining thoughout the day. It provides a lovely area to catch up on the holiday reading while keeping an eye out for the kids or simply enjoying a cocktail at sundown. The pool is professionally cleaned on a regular basis by a third party contractor and during high season is beautifully warm all the way though to mid October.
