Porthgelly is a large detached property just back from the seafront in West Looe with great sea views, a good sized garden and private parking. All the principal rooms are of a generous size and have views to the sea. On the ground floor a large entrance hall leads to the impressive living/dining room which is elegantly yet comfortable furnished with colour TV and DVD, CD radio etc. Also on this level is the kitchen/breakfast room fitted with double oven, hob, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer and microwave. Located only 30 yards from the beach and tennis courts and within a five minute stroll to restaurants and pubs this is an ideal base for a family, seaside holiday in Cornwall.
