Villa Kyrenia, in situ close to the beaches of Northern Cyprus, positioned adjacent to citrus and ancient olive groves, this house is contemporary flair in design and presentation. Beautiful marble floors throughout and with all bedrooms and lounging area fully air-conditioned. There is also central heating for the cooler months, with an open fireplace in the sitting room. Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything the cook needs. Large first floor sundowner terrace west facing over the olive groves for sunset viewing. Fantastic large 10m x 5m private pool with Roman end, extensive terracing for sunbathing. Nearest Beach = 20 mins walk, shops and bars = 15 mins walk, Ercan airport = 40 mins, Larnaca airport = 1.5 hours. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Villa Kyrenia with beautiful furnishings, finished with marble floors throughout. Sleeps 6 persons in 3 airconditioned ensuite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms each with a kingsize bed - upper level - walk in ensuite shower rooms. Twin bedroom with two single beds - lower level - ensuite bathroom. Further cloakroom on the ground level. Utility room with washing machien, and fully furnished and equiped kitchen, with dishwasher with American style fridge. Dining area with seating for 6. Airconditioned lounge with lcd tv and dvd player, and seldction of cds and dvds and a selection of books. Spacious upstairs terracing with lovely comfy cane furnishings with cushions. The pool terrace has large granite table and seating for 6. 6 comfy sun loungers, again with cushions. All windows with shutters to shut out the light and heat. A travel cot is available. There are two supermarkets, half a dozen bars and restaurants, a butcher's and various shops at the bottom of the hill.

The sea is only 100 yds or so from here. Also in walking distance are a couple of beaches with clubs, bars etc. Kyrenia, the largest town on the coast side of the mountains is 6 miles away, and in between are various other hotels, restaurants etc. Larnaca airport is 1.5 hours away, and airport transfers can be arranged for approx £55 for upto 6 each way.
