Grockle nook is a totally private self contained, Self catering Studio Apartment that sleeps up+to 4.The interior has been fitted & furnished to the highest of standard's with only your total comfort in mind. Fully equipped & with full central heating throughout.Nestled in a private courtyard with free off road private parking directly outside. This beautiful apartment is situated in a peaceful location & ideally located for the Town and Harbour. The local attractions,site seeing,Golfing,Hiking & the sea are just minutes away.All rooms of the apartment are on ground level.The apartment sleeps 2 Adults very comfortable on a Super King Size bed & able to accommodate 2 others on either the large leather sofa bed or 2 single beds can be arranged on request. We supply free of charge Milk,Tea,Coffee,Hot chocolate,a selection of herbal teas,Bread,Fruit,Biscuits & a box of chocolates.. We also offer a FREE Local Airport/train & coach stations pickup/drop off service to all our guest.

The Apartment has it's own front entrance that is accessed through it's own small front courtyard.It's own back door leads to the pretty garden/patio area which has a Bar-B-Q, Patio heather,Lighting, table and chairs.Perfect for those warm summer Brixham nights when you want to relax and do Al-fresco dining.We do have the added bonus of free off road parking for your exclusive use.The Kitchen /Dining room overlooks the garden/patio area.This is open plan with solid Cherry wood shaker cabinets with Lot's storage space and even two wine racks.Cream slate flooring & contemporary sunken halogen spot's and up lights giving discreet but bright lighting.There are washing/drying facilities available.

The Apartment was clean and modern. The bedroom/lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could want or need and again spacious. Sharon put a camp bed up for ben and myself and Dan sat outside in the lovely back garden in the evening playing cards and having a few glasses of local cider and knew ben was safe in bed and close enough for us to hear if he woke up.
We would definitely stay here again as it made our holiday very special.

Glorious Grocklenook

We arrived after a very long journey to be greeted by Sharon the owner. Once inside we found that everything had been catered for including bread, milk, tea, coffee, chocolates and fruit. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious and very homely. Sharon was more than happy to give directions and advice on local places to eat and drink. Brixham itself is a beautiful, unspoilt, quaint location and a fabulous place to relax and unwind. We will certainly be returning to Grocklenook and are happy to recommend the holiday home apartment to all. Michael and Natalie

The perfect base for touring devon, situated a short walk from Brixham Harbour with all the comforts of home including internet connection. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners were more than helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable - the welcome pack was an added bonus. Don't miss the walk up the hill and round to the harbour the views are just wonderful. We have already recommended it to a family member and they too thoroughly enjoyed their trip. The local Bridge Club was an additional bonus

We felt very warm welcome and had a comfortable stay at this apartment. It was clean, warm and practical furnished. It is especially suitable for self-catering because of the kitchen with modern technical fittings.
The customer service was very good, we found all things for the first days of our stay. We got many maps and advices for our entertainment and for the sights in and around Brixham. Brixham is a wonderful small town with interesting surroundings. Our best trip was "Round Robin". We would recommend it to a friend.
