Printers Court was originally built in 1842, although it has a Georgian appearance and its most distinctive features are a splendid curved window and a balcony that runs the length of the building and is accessed only by this apartment
Historic photos show these balconies were very popular on Cheap Street in the 19th Century but today few survive
The building has a passageway entry through a distinctive cast iron gateway to the entrance at the rear and Flat 3 is located entirely on the first floor after you ascend a flight of stairs
Accommodation Flat 3 contains what is probably the most spacious lounge/dining room to be found in any Sherborne apartment, which immediately conveys a very luxurious feel.
