This comfortable detached villa is located on a large private property in rural and woody surroundings at only 4 km from the charming village of St.-Laurent-la-Vallée, 8 km from the town of Belves founded by the Celts and at 8 km from Castelnaud, famous for its castle. This is the ideal place from which to discover the historical, cultural and gastronomic pearls of the Black Perigord. In the large lawn garden there is a private swimming pool (12 x 6m) secluded by a tiled sun terrace and all fenced. The garden and swimming pool are surrounded by woody hills.

  • Changeover days is Satruday, althought we are flexible in May, June and September.
    Arrivals - Saturday afternoon from 4.00pm to 7.00pm
    Dapetures - Saturday morning by 10.00am
  • Guests are requested to leave the proprety in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next gests. A cleaning service is available, if required, at a cost of 100 Euros, payable locally to our agent. Please advise when booking if you require this service.

    Bed linen and towels available at extra cost:
    12€ per bed, 6e per towel set v(hand and bath towels)
    Please indicate if you wish to hire them when booking, payable in full on arrival.

    During cooler periods, an efficien electric heating system keeps you warm (extra to be paid locally according to use).
  • 30% deposit with booking. Remainder to be paid 4 weeks before arrival

    Breakage deposit of 400 Euros to be paid on arrival, returnable on departure.

    No smoking inisde cottage. No pets.

Separate toilet on the ground floor.

The villa is located on a large, private estate in rural, forested surroundings. There is a splendid private SWIMMING POOL (12x6m) surrounded by a tiled patio. The pool is fully fenced to offer a maximum of security to the little ones. Large, covered terrace area with ample furniture and a barbecue This house also has a carport for 2 cars.
