Spacious 3 bedroom air conditioned house with communal pool and 10 minutes walk from town centre, beautiful parks and beaches. The house has two large sun terraces on the first floor with a patio area on the ground floor in front of house. The communal pool is just outside the rear patio doors. The pool is available between May and October. This is a strictly non-smoking house.

Guardamar del Segura has extensive sports facilities, the most important being the “Las Rabosas” Sports Centre. Every possible sea sport such as sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, etc. The municipal Marina de las Dunas is a splendid addition for tourism in Guardamar del Segura. It is located at the mouth of the river Segura. It also offers 2 kilometres of the new navigable river course for small boats, a risk-free place for sea sports in a unique natural environment on the eastern coast of Spain. This is the ideal place for starting out or for ending any day at sea.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is 15 minute drive and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 12 minute drive from this property. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch.

  • The above prices are for 6 persons.
    For up to 8 persons please add £50 a week to the above price.
    Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday. There is a one off cleaning charge of 66 euros payable on arrival.
    Air Conditioning is metered pay as you use.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required which will be refunded following inspection by our agents subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 65 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available upon request.

Our modern house is situated in the coastal town of Guardamar del Segura. The house has lots of outside space and inside is very spacious. The house also benefits from hot and cold vented air conditioning throughout the property. Air Conditioning is metered pay as you use. On the ground floor there is a separate dining room with sofa. Downstairs on the lower floor there is a large lounge with three sofas, TV with english channels and DVD player. The first floor has two large terraces for enjoying the sunshine all day, one of which is off the bedroom and overlooks the pool.

To the front of the house there is off road parking for one vehicle through electric security gates with plenty of space in the road for additional vehicles. The house is suitable for families or couples and whether you’re here just to relax, or you’re here for a lively holiday you will not fail to find it in Guardamar. Local supermarket is just 400 metres from the house.

Within a 15 minute drive there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, 35 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses at Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.

this place will blow you away,its a very clean house and well worth a look at. our stay was wonderfull and we would like to thank doug and janet who gave us a great welcome on arrival to the property.
again sorry for being late doug@janet.we will be going back next year for sure?

we stay for 7 nights ,the villa looks better than on the photos,very clean and tide,very close to wok bufet were we get a great seafood bbq all you can eat for 8.95!!!!!!!!!!!!! location very good ,5 min walk to shops,Jane thank you very much for lovely holiday we will be back next year.

Good quality accommodation - walking distance to beach, shops, river and marina. Guardamar is a lovely spanish holiday location and we would hope to return again next year.
