This light, cool and airy villa is characterised by its unusual layouts and terracing, having been designed in sympathy with the sloped ground upon which it was built. From the impressive front entrance at ground floor level, the accommodation comprises of: Double bedrooms flanking the marbled hallway on both sides, one with two single beds served by its own en-suite bathroom, and the other with a large double bed. Continuing on down into the villa finds the fully-equipped kitchen and, separated by a granite breakfast bar, is the dining area, equipped with a large table and chairs to comfortably seat a party of up to ten people. Further progress through the villa brings us to the huge sitting room/lounge area with its incredibly high ceilings and wonderful outlook onto the terraces, pool and the sea beyond. From here, numerous patio doors lead to an outside shaded seating area, an ‘al-fresco’ dining area, and the steps down to the pool side.
Following the stairs from the hallway to the first half-landing, is the master bedroom (with super king-sized bed) served by its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom. (Here there are ‘his and hers’ vanity basin unit, shower cubicle, bath, WC and bidet). From the same landing, is a ‘family bathroom’ with bath/shower, vanity basin, WC and bidet. From the next half landing level two more double bedrooms can be found, one equipped with two single beds and the other with a king-size double. Both bedrooms at this level have access to a balcony, offering wonderful views across Vera, Mojacar and the mountains in the distance. Other items provided to complement the pretty landscaped gardens and the 8m x 4m pool, are sun loungers, sun shades and BBQ.
