Large 3 bedroom house just yards from the beautiful harbour. Stone walls and exposed beams give a wonderful character. A south facing patio for outside dining. Wood burning stove for winter breaks. All bedrooms have ensuite shower, basin and wc. Fully equiped for a comfortable stay.

Situated in the heart of Polperro just yards from the historic harbour. There are several public houses, restaurants and tea rooms nearby. You can walk for miles along the wonderful cliff paths enjoying the spectacular views. The Eden Project is about 45 minute drive. Or visit nearby historic houses such as Lanhydrock - 'the gem of the National Trust', or Anthony House. For children there are the beaches and rock pools at Polperro (tidal), Talland Bay or Looe. There are several animal parks and adventure parks within a short drive.

Living Accommodation: There is a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has two three seater sofas and a stereo tv and dvd player. There is a wood burning stove for a roaring log fire in the colder months. In the dining room is an oak refectory table to seat 8, but t is ipossible to seat 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.

Sleeping Accommodation: All three bedrooms have the benefit of en-suite shower, toilet and sink. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor and a twin bedded room on the second floor. A travel cot and high chair are also available for use (please request when booking). Parking is included for one car.
