Lovely property - great central location

Lovely old property, ideally located near to the harbour. Well equipped and quite characterfull. Directions to locate property were difficult and would definitely not recommend for less able-bodied since you have to carry luggage and any supplies quite a distance as property is not accessible to motor vehicles and located along a narrow lane. Parking space provided with property is approximately half to two-thirds of a mile away in public car park at entry to village. That aside, it is the quaint narrow streets twisting lanes that add to the character of Polperro - just go prepared!
We really enjoyed staying at this property and the accommodation coped admirably with 6 adults although the en-suite in the 2nd double was VERY tight. Again though the bonus of each room having its own facilities, as well as a family size bathroom downstairs was great.
Although we were a little surprised at the unattractive views from the balcony of properties directly opposite there is little the owner can do about that and since we went in February we were more interested in the property interior and access to some great pubs, the harbour and the coastal path. By the way, Looe is a very pleasant 5 miles walk along the coastal path and there was a bus back regularly thoughout the day.
The communication with the owners prior to booking was excellent.
Would definitely recommend. The attic room is a delight!

Owner's Response: We have done new directions to the house with photographs to make things much clearer. Polperro has very narrow streets so we hope this helps, especially after a long journey. There is a folding cart available to use in the house. Thank you for your feedback.
