Laity is a wonderful apartment full of character situated yards from the pretty harbour in the centre of Poperro. There is a magnificent four poster bed. A sofa bed is provided for extra guests in the lounge. Fully flexible booking possible with any changeover day.

Situated in the heart of Polperro just yards from the historic harbour. There are several public houses, restaurants and tea rooms nearby. You can walk for miles along the wonderful cliff paths enjoying the spectacular views. The Eden Project is about 45 minute drive. Or visit nearby historic houses such as Lanhydrock - 'the gem of the National Trust', or Anthony House. For children there are the beaches and rock pools at Polperro (tidal), Talland Bay or Looe. There are several animal parks and adventure parks within a short drive.

Accomodation: With stone walls and exposed beams Laity has lots of character. Living Accommodation; there is a large 24ft lounge/dining room with feature fireplace (not working), kitchen and bathroom. The lounge area has a sofa and sofa bed and tv and dvd player. The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. A washer dryer is also provided.

Sleeping Accommodation: The bedroom has a magnificent king size four-poster bed. There is also a sofa bed with sprung mattress to sleep two. Parking is included for one car.
