A ground floor apartment with it's own substantially sized decking area for al fresco dining or just sitting and admiring the view. The apartment is equipped with most family essentials and is suited to either 2 adults with 2 children or couples seeking a quiet and relaxing break. The master bedroom has a double and there are bunks in the second bedroom. The open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area is designed to provide a light and spacious feel while catering for comfort and practicality. The large patio doors allow easy access to the decking area for immediate appreciation of the sea views. The position of the apartment allows for extensive hours of direct sunlight - so great for sun worshippers. The accomodation also has it's own parking space. The newly furnished Inn on the Shore pub is just a short stroll away, overlooking Downderry beach and serving fabulous food made from local produce and includes a selection of local real ales. It also caters for children.

Also in the village is the Rosery restaurant, minimart, cafe (for great cooked breakfasts, pasties or buckets and crabbing nets for the kids) and also a doctors surgery.
