Close proximity to the river Shannon and river Suck for those interested in boating or fishing. Within 30 minutes drive to the bustling town of Athlone with an abundance of shops to suit all tastes. The house is situated on a corner site in a quiet rural area of Roscommon.

There are lovely country roads which can be explored by car, bicycle or on foot with lots of scenic spots within close proximity. South Roscommon is renowned for its wonderful fishing, golf courses, lively pubs and excellent local restaurants.
