Seibiant ( leisure , respite ) is a cosy and comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home located within the Conwy Marina Development with views towards Conwy Mountain. Extensively refurbished in 2009, it includes new quality furniture, new kitchen and bathroom. It is located within 300m of the beach, the marina, the Mulberry pub and the Championship Golf Course. There is excellent walking from the doorstep. Conwy town centre, with its imposing castle and town walls is reached via a 15 minute walk along a picturesque waterside footpath. An ideal base for touring the North Wales coast, Snowdonia and the beautiful Conwy Valley. Llandudno, with its beach, pier and promenade is less than 10 minutes away by car. There are extensive local activities including golf, cycling, riding, walking, sea-fishing and boating.

Notes: Many guests have commented that this is a real home-from-home. They have valued the proximity of the golf course- no need to take the car. Many have taken the opportunity to bring their boats as there is a public slipway at the end of the road. Families with young children have very much enjoyed the beach which is an easy walk even for young ones. Children have loved crabbing from the edge of the jetty, but we would urge their parents to keep close by as the water is very deep. People have noticed that the kitchen is very well equipped - we love cooking ourselves so would be surprised if we had forgotten anything.

This is a truly a fantastic location with a wealth of amenities close to hand whilst retaining a get-away-from-it-all atmosphere. The house is in very close proximity to the beach, marina, pub and golf course and a few minutes drive away from a 24 hr supermarket, cinema, ten pin bowling and swimming pool.

Golf: The development is built around the Conwy golf Club and the Marina. You can put your clubs on your trolley and walk from our house to the club in a couple of minutes or less.
