The Moorings is a detached 17th century cottage set in an unrivalled position commanding stunning panoramic views of the charming historic fishing village of Staithes, its quaint harbour, beach and open sea. The cottage location is ideal for artists,walkers,groups of friends, families or couples who just want to escape the hassle of everyday life. The beach, rock pools and village facilities are a few minutes stroll from the cottage.

Weekly rental rates for up to 4 people range from £450 to £660, weekly rates for 5 - 7 people range from £595 to £880 . The price is dependent upon the time of year. We offer full weeks all year, in low season we also offer short breaks of 3 nights Fri-Mon and 4 nights Mon - Fri, the price for a short break is £295 for up to 4 people and £395 for 5 - 7 people.

It has full central heating and is warm and comfortable at any time of the year. Other facilities include: Lovely sun lounge with balcony and patio all with superb sea views. Cosy lounge with real open fire -unlimited fuel provided.There are 3 bedrooms comprising -2 doubles & 1 room with 3 single beds. It is ideal for a family holiday or couples wanting a romantic break away from the hassles of everyday life.
