The villa is very well equipped and has its own large swimming pool set in walled, landscaped gardens. The location is ideal for those wanting to experience all the fun of the Mojacar resort but also require a bit of tranquility, as the villa is set back from the beach which is just a 15 minutes walk.

The villa is only 5 minutes drive from the Marina Golf & Cortijo Grande golf courses, 15 minutes from the championship course Valle del Este and 20 minutes from the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. The area has many activities including a water park, bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, go-karting etc. Mojacar Playa has over 200 bars & restaurants and fantastic beaches, most of which are monitored by lifeguards throughout the summer. There is a busy street market every Wednesday in the historical old village of Mojacar Pueblo and a 'Rastro' market (flea market/boot fair) on a Sunday morning. Manager’s Comments With gorgeous views and very private grounds, this villa is the perfect place to enjoy a family holiday or “get away”. The location is great, being within 15 minutes walk of the beach. There are many good restaurants in the area and activities to suit all age groups and tastes.

Lounge & Dining Room: A large “L” shaped room with fireplace, TV with satellite, dining table and chairs. Doors out to large covered dining terrace with table & chairs. Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas/electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. Access to enclosed drying area with washing machine. Bedroom 1: Spacious room with double & single bed, range of fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and French doors leading to the terrace. En-suite Bathroom: Bath/shower, bidet, basin & separate wc. Bedroom 2: Two bunkbeds & air-conditioning (located near the cloakroom) Bedroom 3: Another large room with 3 single beds & sofa bed and air-conditioning. French doors out to the terrace.
