The accomodation comprises two twin bedrooms, shared bathroom, kitchen and large open plan dining and lounge area with marble floors on the ground floor, a master bedroom with private balcony and en-suite shower room on the first floor, accessed by an internal cicular marble staircase. The villa offers a fully equipped spacious kitchen with modern appliances including electric oven with combined electric/gas hob. fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and this has been designed to form an integral part of the ground floor dining and living accomodation. There is an additional substantial balcony area at first floor accessed by an external wrought iron sprial staircase, offering stunning views of the mountains and coastal area to the north. A shaded, ground level, semi circular, ground floor veranda, is attached to the rear of the villa from which the private pool and paved patio area, ideal for sun bathing and evening barbeques is accessed.

The gardens around the property have been carefully planted with a selection of Mediterranean shrubs, fruit trees and plants such as bougainvillea, which provide an amazing cascade of colour and fragrance throughout the year. A private swimming pool, located to the rear of the villa and bordered by natural stone paving, provides a welcome respite from the mediterranean sun, which has an almost unblemished record through out the year. There are a number of natural sandy beaches and rocky bays along the northern coastline ideal for sun bathing and swimming, many of which provide a natural habitat for a variety of turtles, which visit the dunes each year to nest. The villa, pool and gardens are cared for by a local management company who monitor the property on a regular basis to ensure services are maintained.
