Outside, one of the two sunny patio areas features a patio table, parasol and 4 chairs and is lit at night. Moving inside the hallway leads to the lounge area. Very nicely furnished, it consists of two sofas, coffee table, rugs, ceiling fans, plants, lamps and pictures. There is a TV with built in Video player, DVD, Hi Fi and CD player as well as a good selection of videos, CDs, books and DVDs. In addition there is a portable CD/Radio for use outside. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs, plants and mirrors, plus sliding patio doors that lead out onto the balcony. Furnished with wooden table, 4 chairs, 2 sunloungersand parasol, this private balcony has superb sea views. Moving back inside, the kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, airer and wine rack.

There is also a good selection of cooking utensils as well as a door to the main terrace. The fourth bedroom is also on this floor and contains a sofa bed, plus cushions, pictures, ceiling fan, rug and mirror. Moving upstairs via the marble and ornate-railed staircase is the master bedroom (which has en suite facilities). Beautifully and colourfully furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, mirrored wardrobe with 2 drawers under, chest of 8 drawers, rug, lamps, pictures, ceiling fans. There are sliding patio doors from the master bedroom to a private terrace which is lit at night and has 2 chairs - perfect for relaxing whilst looking at the amazing views! The second bedroom, again colourfully furnished, has a double bed, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, lamp, pictures, mirrored wardrobe with 2 drawers under and rug, plus a ceiling fan. In addition, there are sea views. The third bedroom features twin beds, bedside cabinet, pictures, lamp, rug and an 8 drawer chest.
