It is a well managed development with friendly residents respecting each other's privacy. Entry phone door leads to hall and easy stairway to first floor. Back-door leads to landscaped, communial garden. The property has its own garage and parking-space. The two apartments can be booked together for extended families and friends or individually.

Shepperton offers a relaxed atmosphere with listed public footpaths, riverside walks, historic connections. River-trips along the river Thames down to London, golf, fishing. Trains to London depart every half hour and local buses operate to Heathrow and local places of great interest like Windsor, Hampton Court, Kingston, Staines, Walton, Weybridge for example. Cheap train-day-returns to London depart every half hour after 9.30. with free use of underground and buses all day. Further reduction for groups of 3 and 4. the last train from London-Waterloo to Shepperton departs after midnight. Travel-time is 50 munutes due to many stops. Distance to London is 18 miles. Both Shepperton and London-Waterloo are end-stops. The train-journey takes 50 minutes.
