Photos and Description of this Salernes holiday villa Architecturally designed 3/4 bedroom villa with magnificent views

The villa comprises two adjoining sitting rooms, separate dining room, kitchen, a separate laundry room,hall, large bathroom, an additional toilet with washbasin and three/four bedrooms. The living areas comprising sitting room that has one step down to a very pleasant room which is termed the morning room. {within the morning room are two comfortable sofa beds that would comfortably sleep up to four people} From here there are beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool and the distant hills of Provence. Other living areas include the dining room and a separate Provencal styled kitchen. All the rooms are open plan and are overlooked by a balustrade mezzanine area. This leads to two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The principle bedroom has its own private balcony. The second bedroom leads to an attic bedroom. Another bedroom leads from the morning room. The twin circled pool has a built in seat, a huge beach area, a summer kitchen and a BBQ.

The small town of Salernes is 3km away from Mas du Parouvier. Salernes is a picturesque town of the Var region of Provence. Draguignan, the nearest large town is 20km distant and the villages of Tourtour,Aups,Flayosc, Ampus and the town of Lorgues are well within a 20km radius. For those who enjoy walking and sailing the spectacular Gorge du Verdon [Europes Grand Canyon] the largest in Europe is less than an hours drive away. The Cote d'Azur and Nice with its well served airport is about one hours drive. An alternative airport Toulon/Hyeres is about three quarters of an hour away.
