A secluded footpath leads onto the heath at Blackheath and from here it is a gentle stroll across the heath into Greenwich Park to the Royal Observatory.
The spacious open-plan split level dining room and living room has French windows which open onto a sunny private garden with patio and garden furniture for al fresco dining. To the front the house overlooks a leafy square with views of trees and seasonal colour. There is free parking in the private road.
This modern house has been tastefully decorated and is well equipped for 4 to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a Neff double oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. All have built-in wardrobes. There is a larger family bathroom off the landing.

It is an easy walk across the park to Greenwich with its many visitor attractions and stunning buildings designed by Christopher Wren (architect of St Pauls), soaking in the atmosphere of this world heritage site on the banks of the Thames. The most popular visitor sights of central London are a short direct train ride away: London Eye, Tate Modern, South Bank, Shakespeare’s Globe, Millennium Bridge, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery and West End Theatres.
