Open plan living area with 2 large sofas, large flat screen T.V (There is an in-house movie system allowing you to select and pay for movies as and when you which to watch them). Balcony with sea view and table and chairs. Dining Table and chairs and kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a good sized balcony with sea views and table and chairs. Large Flat Screen TV and DVD with access to movies (pay as you watch). Flat screen TV in Double Bedroom. Fridge / Freezer. Washer / Dryer. Electric Oven & Hob. Dishwasher.

Underground car parking space for 1 car. Use of communal Gym and Roof Terrace. All electricity, fuel, linen and towels are included in the rental.This is a no smoking property.We regret we are unable to accept pets.
