On the top floor is the large and airy bedroom with extremely comfortable king size bed dressed with top quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. There are double doors on to a deck from the bedroom overlooking the dunes and communal garden. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet. The hot water for the property is provided by an efficient solar panel creating plenty of hot water even on a cloudy day. The central heating is under floor green technology geo thermal heating.

Down the stairs on the landing is a separate bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Down a further flight of stairs is the light and spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. Double doors lead on to a large deck looking out on to the communal garden and dunes providing ample space for lounging and al-fresco dining.
