The interior of the apartment has been designed to a high specification and furnished in a retro / vintage style in sympathy with the properties eco credentials. On the top floor is the large and airy bedroom with extremely comfortable king size bed dressed with top quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. There are double doors on to a deck from the bedroom overlooking the dunes and communal garden. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room with toilet. The hot water for the property is provided by an efficient solar panel creating plenty of hot water even on a cloudy day. The central heating is under floor green technology geo thermal heating. Down the stairs on the landing is a separate bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Down a further flight of stairs is the light and spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. Double doors lead on to a large deck looking out on to the communal garden and dunes providing ample space for lounging and al fresco dining.
