Villa Alkira is a luxury villa, fully air conditioned and equipped for you to have a relaxing holiday. It’s spacious, bright and airy with colourful furniture able to accommodate six people in comfort. The ground floor is a large open plan area comprising lounge, dining area and kitchen. A covered outside terrace opens off the lounge to the garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is large and very well equipped including granite worktops, a washing machine and dishwasher. Between the kitchen and dining area there’s a granite topped breakfast bar with bright leather stools. The dining area has a glass topped table and six leather chairs with doors opening out to the side garden area. There’s a music system to connect your iPod to.
The airy lounge area has a massive corner sofa perfect for relaxing in front of the television with Satellite and DVD player.
From the lounge, doors open out onto a covered terrace with table and six chairs – perfect for relaxing in the shade, alfresco dining and socialising with your party. For your entertainment, we have board games e.g. rumikub, backgammon, & cards, as well as DVD's + CD's, Ipod/MR3 station. We also have a set of mens and ladies golf clubs. Upstairs, the landing leads to three good-sized bedrooms and the large family bathroom with bath and shower over. The master bedroom has two single beds and en-suite bathroom including a shower cubicle. Doors lead out to the balcony with table, chairs and stunning views across the fields to the sea at Chlorakas . The perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both are bright, airy rooms with dressing tables. Internet Access is available (own laptop required)
Unfortunately due to the quality and style of the furniture, we cannot accept children under 5. Babies under 6 months ok
