The apartment is modern, very bright, spacious and stylish with a tiled floor throughout. It is decorated in a contemporary 'holiday' style with quality furniture, soft furnishings, beds, rugs, curtains and sofas so as to be comfortable but stylish. A modern fireplace in the lounge gives extra warmth in the winter and there is a very efficient gas central heating system for colder months and plenty of hot water for baths and showers

Bedroom One has an en-suite shower room with modern shower, wc, basin, and cabinets. It is spacious and furnished with a high-quality 5ft bed, 2 built-in wardrobes, a free-standing wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, lamps, dressing table, 2 mirrors and chair. It is decorated with high quality pictures and rugs in a tropical theme.
Bedroom two is a double room with an adjoining bathroom with bath, mixer tap, basin, wc and cabinet. The bedroom has a 4'6' quality bed and wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, lights and mirror.
The living/dining room is large, sunny, bright and south-facing with french doors directly onto the terrace and panoramic sea views. 2 3-seater sofas with recliner, storage units, TV, Video, CD, DVD, books, games etc are provided and the lovely dining area has table and 4 upholstered chairs looking straight out to sea.
The fully equipped kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven etc.

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout of the apartment is perfect for 2 couples sharing or families (we accept children over 10 years only).
The Bay is safe for swimming and water sports and there is a golf course within easy walking distance and another just a stone's throw further away. If you haven't been to the Isle of Wight before you will be amazed at the wide variety of activities (both organised and individual) which go on on the Island. Sailing, fishing, walking and cycling are the most favoured activities and there are many organised events in these fields. Why not join a ghost walk, a trip on the steam railway, visit a pop/jazz concert (many big names now perform on the Island), visit the world famous botanical gardens, take a boat/fishing trip, dine in some of our fine restaurants, visit the garlic farm (or lavendar farm), take an open-top bus tour around the island, hunt for fossils (just up from the apartment), swim, surf, play golf (or do what I do - just chill out!)
