Second double bedroom with twin beds (can be separated or attached). Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds (can be separated or attached) Second bathroom. Lounge area with seating for 6 and sofabed for 7/8 persons. Dining with seating for 6. Satelite TV and DVD player. Open fireplace. Travel cot and high chair available. The kitchen is fitted out with; Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Full compliment of 6 dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots. Utility room includes washing machine. Outside facilities:Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers, comfy sofa and armchair. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6. All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
