The balcony has the morning sun and is the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast overlooking the fabulous all round views of Volterra and Val D'Era. There is also a separate lawned garden with a lemon tree, pots of geraniums and lavender bushes where you can enjoy the sun for the rest of the day. A paved terrace area leads from the garden if you wish to sit in a shadier spot. There is a large shared swimming pool and solarium area. The apartment is set in a new exclusive development of 13 apartments built in pure Tuscan style. It is located in a delightful hilltop setting offering everything that a guest would expect to discover in a medieval Tuscan village which is reached via a windy road stretching through vineyards and olive groves.
